The Orlando TPFx is effective for non-operative or post-operative treatment of tibial fractures, following internal fixation of these fractures, or following the removal of an external fixation device. The plastic superstructure allows excellent quality x-rays, provides circumferential support and hydrostatic compression for early weight bearing to support orthopedic protocols. Does not include, but can be used with any shoe insert design.
