This prefabricated modular arm orthosis is effective for post-surgical or post-injury indications where limited range of motion and rotation control are desired. The upper arm component offers a snug fit with two different lower arm choices lined with 1/8″ Aliplast, specifically an ulnar sleeve or wrist-hand module to control rotation. The forearm and humeral sections are perforated for ventilation and improved comfort. Adjustable Velcro® straps facilitate application and removal for wound inspection, dressing and sock changes. Anodized aluminum lateral joint allows adjustment in 30° increments while the plastic medial joint combination offers more positive control than more standard elbow orthoses.
