Indications

• Post-operative or injury repair hip patients who will wear the orthosis for protection during healing
• After reposition of hip luxation
• Muscular imbalance
• Patients who have been, or are likely to be non-compliant with rigid, bulky hip orthosis
• Patients whose cognitive function impairs their ability to follow hip precautions
• Arthroscopic hip procedures
• Patients at risk to dislocate

Contraindications

• Global instability
• Patients at risk for an anterior dislocation
• Chronic dislocation
