Step 1: Use your eBrace ordering software on your local computer to complete your cranial order and attach your scan files to your order.

Step 2: After completing your order and attaching your scan files within the eBrace ordering software, select “Prep for Transmit” in eBrace to bundle your order form and scan files in an encrypted .zip file.
Step 3: Browse or drag your encrypted .zip file to the portal below.
Step 4: Fill in the contact information and click “Upload” to submit your order.
Step 5: You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order has been processed as usual.
Note: If you have any technical issues that prevent you from using this portal successfully to submit your orders, please email your encrypted .zip file to [email protected]. Please do not simultaneously submit orders using this portal and email.
Scans received past noon Eastern time are processed on the following business day.
